From Survival to Structure. From Setback to Legacy.

WelCare Jubiter Foundation, Inc. helps racially and economically underserved men build structure, stability, wellness, financial confidence, family strength, and long-term legacy.

Our Core Initiatives

Creating real change through health equity, reentry support, and culturally grounded care for men and families.

Health and Wellness Awareness

WelCare promotes health and wellness awareness through education, community events, referrals, screenings conducted by qualified partners, and access to trusted health resources. When clinical services are offered at WelCare events, they are provided by licensed or qualified healthcare partners operating under their own professional standards and protocols.

Workforce Readiness and Career Exposure

WelCare helps men prepare for employment and long-term stability through career exposure, workforce readiness education, resume guidance, interview preparation, professional conduct, referral pathways, and partnerships with training providers as relationships develop.

Fatherhood, Family Stability, and Resource Navigation

WelCare supports fathers by helping them understand all the available resources, strengthening family stability, building communication skills, and connecting with appropriate community, legal aid, workforce, and family-support services when needed. WelCare does not provide legal representation but may help participants identify trusted referral pathways.

About Us

Uplifting Men. Healing Communities. Restoring Futures.

At WelCare Jubiter Foundation, Inc., we believe every man deserves dignity, direction, and a real chance to reclaim his life. Grounded in trust, equity, and cultural relevance, our mission is to serve racially and economically underserved men, fathers, formerly incarcerated individuals, veterans, young adults, and men facing barriers to stability with urgency and heart.

We exist because the statistics are staggering:

  • 60% of men released from prison are unemployed within one year.

  • 1 in 3 Black children has an incarcerated parent.

  • Suicide ranks among the top 3 causes of death for Black men ages 15–24.

  • Less than 20% of trade apprenticeships are filled by men of color.

These numbers aren’t just data—they’re real lives, real families, and real futures at risk.
